We did a great job pricing the house and, yes, you really did a great job de-cluttering! It looked fantastic, and now the offers have started coming in. I will explain to you all the contract clauses, and help you decide what works best for you. Sometimes it is the highest offer, sometimes it is the offer that will satisfy other needs you might have such as a quick or delayed settlement. We will also evaluate the various contingencies, such as home inspection, etc.
Once an offer looks appealing to you, we might want to make a counter offer, or we might want to accept it as it is. When we finalize the negotiations the clock starts ticking and certain contingencies have to be met. I will be keeping track of everything to ensure that everyone is meeting their deadlines, and will be updating you daily as to where we stand.
If home inspectors, appraisers and other professionals need access to the property I will make arrangements with them to let them in, so you won’t have to worry about a thing.
