Now that we have determined what the right price is, and have taken care of all the repairs and sprucing up that was needed, it is time to promote your home to the world.
Presentation is part of our strategy, and that’s why we made sure to clean, repair, de-clutter and stage your home. No matter how many people see it, unless it appears attractive, it won’t appeal to them.
To promote your home to prospective buyers we will need pictures, brochures and my secret recipe. Beautiful photos of your home will be taken and a unique brochure will be created. And we are not talking about run-of-the-mill property brochures you see all the time.
When prospective buyers visit your home, these brochures will help it stand out from the competition.
The next step would be to enter your home into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) where other Realtors can see it and mention it to their buyer clients. In addition, I will be marketing your home via 20+ websites to reach an even larger audience.
Statistics show that a large percentage of buyers begin their search online. This is where my secret recipe comes into play. The internet marketing tactics I employ are currently being used by less than 1% of real estate agents. Keeping them a closely guarded secret gives me, and my clients’ homes, the competitive advantage. But don’t worry, I will explain more during our meeting.
During the time your home is being marketed I will be in regular contact with you, to give you updates and discuss any issue that might come up.
