This meeting would normally take place at your home, so I can preview the property and identify the strong selling points and potential improvements that might be needed before the home is marketed. 2. Setting the price
If after our initial consultation we decide to work together, the next step would be to take a closer look at the market competition, decide which improvements are worth completing, and determine what the price should be based on a competitive market analysis. 3. Marketing your home
We have prepared your home, determined the right price, and now it is time to tell the world. This is where I use my secret recipe to expose your home not only to the most potential buyers possible, but also to targeted buyers interested in a home just like yours. 4. Offer acceptance
Once an offer comes in I will discuss it with you and explain all the small details that might make a big difference. Together we will evaluate the offers you receive and decide whether to accept it, counter-offer, or just reject it. And once an offer is accepted, I will work closely with you to coordinate any inspection the buyers might have asked to do, and follow through until all contingencies have been removed. 5. Settlement and move out
We have successfully reached the settlement date! All the terms of the contract have been fulfilled and you have probably already moved out. Now it is time to meet at the title company, where the title will be transferred, the new buyers will receive the keys and you will receive a check. You can rest assured that I will be with you all the way until the closing and be available even after the closing in case you have any follow up questions. [read details]
