2. Get pre-approved for a loan
Loan pre-approval is important for an offer to be taken seriously by any seller. Furthermore, it is a necessary step to find out what you actually qualify for. What we think we can afford is not necessarily what we can qualify for. Obtaining pre-approval for a loan before you start looking at properties is important, because when you find the home you are looking for, you’ll be in a position to make an offer immediately. 3. Let’s find your new home!
After our initial meeting, and during your loan pre-approval, I will be in touch with you and the lender so I can assist you and answer any questions that might come up. Once you have received the loan pre-approval letter, we are ready to look for homes. We will schedule a second meeting to go over the final details and start looking for homes. [read details]

4. The offer process
Once we have found a home you like we will make an offer. This is an exciting time that needs to be handled delicately. How the offer is crafted is important. Once the offer is accepted, it is time to do home and other inspections. But don’t worry, I will assist you in coordinating everything! [read details]

5. Closing & move in!
Wow! We are almost there. We have searched, negotiated, inspected and now are ready to close. At this point most of the work is done, but there still are several details to take care of.
