Your pre-approval letter is in, now what? At this time we will schedule a second meeting where we can go over any additional question you might have.
By now you should have read the contract paperwork that I gave you in our first meeting, as it is best that you are familiar with these forms early on. During this meeting we will also address any concerns you might have about the contract and the offering process.
Then we are ready to start looking for homes. You might have seen some homes online, or even explored some of your favorite neighborhoods. Now we can visit homes and see how they are inside, get familiar with different layouts and so much more.
Don’t be surprised if you find yourself leaning towards a different property style or neighborhood than you originally envisioned. It has happened to me too!
